The APS Extension Bracket allows for a great deal of flexibility in mounting multiple pedestrian stations on smaller diameter utility poles. Its sleek design and modular assembly allows for a variety of extension lengths (up to 18”) that can be mounted on just about any utility pole diameter. Great for bringing older crosswalk setbacks into compliance with current MUTCD and ADA guidelines.
An excellent solution for multiple large pedestrian stations (9×12 or 9×15) to be mounted perpendicular on a shared pole, the APS Extension Bracket can be banded or bolted with slotted mounting holes for use with taps on existing poles. The bracket comes with adjustable aluminum bumpers that snug securely to any diameter pole as it is fasten down. A threaded chase nipple allows for wire protected entry into the pole.
