CNC Operator:
Job Summary:
Operate CNC Mills, Lathes, and other equipment to make metal and plastic parts for company products. Work under the direction of the Team Leader. Operators are responsible to produce quality parts and exhibit good productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and timely machine maintenance and production documentation.
- Run machines/build production parts demonstrating a sense of urgency with a quality expectation that exceeds customer demand.
- Measure parts and verify against Engineering Drawings to ensure parts meet all print requirements.
- Assist a Machinist or Team Leader to troubleshoot and fix the machine and/or part problems.
- Follow company safety rules. Ensure others who enter the area are following the rules and staying safe.
- Maintain equipment per shop schedules.
- Maintain shop cleanliness by cleaning per shop schedules or direction from Team Leader.
Manage Documentation:
- Machine quality, productivity, and maintenance documentation
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Swing Shift 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm M-F (sometimes, 3:00 pm to 1:30 am if overtime is needed)
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour DOE plus $1.00 shift differential

Inventory Specialist:
Job Summary: Inventory/Receiving Clerk
Inventory will be the primary focus of the position. Surface Mount PCB production is the initial target of this effort. This employee will work very closely with production management and supervisors to develop daily processes to verify ERP inventory levels are correct. The inventory clerk will participate in documenting purchases, maintaining an inventory database, performing a physical count of inventory, and reconciling actual stock count to computer-generated reports. Receiving will include verification that shipments meet the requirements of the purchasing documents and may include testing of electronic parts. Receiving incoming materials includes documentation, labeling, and delivering the materials to the area required with a check-off by the area supervision. Materials will be delivered and stocked on appropriate shelves using a FIFO method of controls. The inventory clerk will be responsible for implementing and maintaining inventory controls to ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained. The ideal candidate will have the ability to research and correct inventory discrepancies and take full ownership in all aspects of inventory control. This position requires a large amount of time standing, lifting regularly, and counting small parts
Shift: M-F 8:00-4:30
Reports to: Controller, works closely with production management and supervisors
Pay Grade: $16.00-$20.00

Graphics Technician/Screen Printing
Job Summary:
The Graphics Technician I is responsible for preparing and maintaining screens (stencils), for the printing process. Operating the screen-printing press and completing high-quality production runs in conformance with the job specification sheet and all quality, production, and safety standards is this position’s primary objective.
The technician will also become familiar with and operate the laser and DCS printer, and any other equipment relating to the completion of PedSafety’s graphic requirements. The function includes inventory and maintaining supply stock, cleaning up, and performing minor maintenance. Experience is not necessary, we are willing to train the right person.
Pay Grade: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour DOE
