Overview
The Modular Pedestrian Station (MPS) allows for a great deal of flexibility in design and configuration. Made from solid AL stock the MPS is durable and vandal proof more than able to handle extreme weather conditions. Whatever your pedestrian station requirements are, we give you the ability to customize the size, color, push button type, and mounting hardware options to produce the perfect look.
Primary Components
The MPS display is the backplate of the pedestrian station. This component comes in various sizes to provide the surface area to mount the sign. On the backside of the display is a matrix of tapped holes to accommodate mounting hardware, extension brackets, and saddles for various pole diameters. The MPS button cup is attached to the display for a seamless appearance. Available in round or rectangle dimensions, allow customization to municipality standards. Each button cup provides for back or bottom service with a threaded removable chase nipple and plug.
Materials
Display back plates are machined from 3/8” 6061 T6 AL plate. MPS button cups are machined from solid 6061 T6 AL bar or rod. All mounting hardware are SS. MPS are a robust aesthetically, pleasing long lasting piece of street furniture.
Mounting Options
The MPS comes with adjustable rubber bumpers that snug securely to any diameter pole diameters as it is fasten down. See our website for addition mounting options and extension bracket solutions to meet your special needs.
